Delivery & Refunds 

Delivery

Delivery charges are fixed at £3.50 for under £35 and free for orders over that amount.

Most of our orders will be delivered via Royal Mail or a courier, and you will notified upon dispatch.

Goods purchased through our website are typically delivered within 1-2 days after dispatch. It is your responsibility to be available at your address to receive the goods or to make alternative arrangements. 

 

Returns/Damaged or Incorrect Goods

Due to the perishable nature of chocolates, we do not accept returns.

If any products you have purchased are damaged upon receipt, or if you receive incorrect Goods, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange for a refund or replacement. You may need to return damaged/incorrect goods to us, and will need to retain proof of postage.

 

Any refunds will be issued within 14 Calendar Days of the day on which we agree that you are entitled to the refund.
