All content on our website is the exclusive property of Choc and Bite, protected under UK intellectual property laws. You are not permitted to reproduce, modify, copy, distribute, or use any materials or content from our for commercial purposes without obtaining written permission from us. Thank you for respecting our rights and creativity.
Contract of purchase
By agreeing to purchase our products and goods, you enter a legal basis of consent and contract.
Goods/Availability
We do not guarantee the availability of our goods or products. While we strive to ensure that the descriptions and photos on our website accurately reflect the actual products, please keep in mind that our items are handmade in small batches and may have variations in design, packaging, or shape.
Allergens
All our products are made in a kitchen that handles milk, peanuts, wheat, egg, soy, tree nuts, sulphites, gluten and sesame. As a result, we cannot guarantee any of our products are free from allergens.
Pricing
All prices on our website include VAT. We make every effort ensure that prices are displayed correctly; however, if an error occurs, we will contact in writing before processing your order to inform you of the mistake. You will then have the option to decide how you wish to proceed. If we are unable to fulfil your order for any reason, you will receive a refund as soon as possible, and in any event, within 14 days.
Payment
Payment for goods and related delivery charges must always be made in advance and you will be prompted to pay during the order process. We accept the following methods of payment: All major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paypal.
Delivery
Delivery charges are fixed at £3.50 for under £35 and free for orders over that amount. Most of our orders will be delivered via Royal Mail or a courier, and you will notified upon dispatch. Goods purchased through our website are typically delivered within 1-2 days after dispatch. It is your responsibility to be available at your address to receive the goods or to make alternative arrangements.
Returns/Damaged or Incorrect Goods
Due to the perishable nature of chocolates, we do not accept returns.
If any products you have purchased are damaged upon receipt, or if you receive incorrect Goods, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange for a refund or replacement. You may need to return damaged/incorrect goods to us, and will need to retain proof of postage. Any refunds will be issued within 14 Calendar Days of the day on which we agree that you are entitled to the refund.
Hot weather
We do not ship our products in hot weather, as it can compromise the quality of our chocolate. If temperatures exceed 25 degrees, we will hold your order. You may choose to proceed at your own risk, we will require written consent. Or you may cancel your order for a refund.
